India has a history of providing assistance to other countries in times of crisis. In the past, India has sent aid to countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, among others, in the aftermath of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and cyclone.

Like this India is continuing its rescue and relief efforts  for Turkey and Syria ‘s people suffered from heavy earthquake, the Indian Army has rushed rations and medicines to Syrian city Aleppo. The relief material handed over to representatives of the local administration of Aleppo city  . Giving details of the aid, army sources said the earthquake relief to Syria worked as United Nations Disengagement Observer Force(UNDOF)mission at Golan Heights.  The Indian Army sent180 personnel to provide logistics and humanitarian support to the mission.
